InStepp seeks Employer Relations Specialists (VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY)
Instepp, Inc., a Durham-based charitable organization is looking for volunteer Employee Relations Specialists (aka Job Developers) for its innovative Employment Re-entry Assistance (ERA) program for women offenders. Work with local businesses to identify employment needs within our community, and help guide women with felony or misdemeanor convictions to permanent employment, and improve their post placement outcome.
